JOB TITLE: 

Office of Admissions Student Worker

JOB PURPOSE: 

Assist the UW Office of Admissions Processing Team by assisting with daily tasks.

This position ideally begins mid-May and will continue throughout the summer. Based upon performance, position may continue during the academic year.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing customer service over the phone and in-person
• Processing mail
• Scanning transcripts and other admissions documents

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current UW undergraduate student in good standing
• Strong interpersonal skills, including oral communication
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Strong customer service experience
• Self-tarter
