Senior level position that leads and provides system & operational support to Revenue Cycle Operations. Candidate must demonstrate ability to work collaboratively and in close interaction with the EPIC Build teams, Medical Center IT teams and Revenue Cycle Operations teams. Candidate will be primarily responsible for analyzing user, system and application needs while obtaining assistance as needed, and implementing the optimal solution to meet department operational needs. Successful candidate must be able to clearly convey technical information, in both written and oral formats, to a non-technical audience. Demonstrates courteous, timely & professional communication to both internal and external clients, including leadership. Incumbents of this position will be required to make timely, effective decisions using independent judgement and discretion that will have a business unit and potentially organization-wide impact (within the appropriate guidelines as defined by leadership). Areas of focus include, but not limited to: Issue Resolution, Process Improvement, Project Management, Reporting, Quality Auditing, System Design/Configuration, Testing, Change Management and Technical Documentation. Remains proficient with all phases of Revenue Cycle applications systems analysis and associated programming/configuration activities, resulting in the ability to solve problems, while taking into consideration software and workflow limitations. Serves as key contact between EPIC Build Team, Health System IT and Revenue Cycle Operations; Operational needs are reconciled with software capabilities to identify and implement the most appropriate software, hardware and/or process based solution. Serves the lead role for multiple project teams. Delegates and provides direction to junior team members. Performs quality audit functions for Revenue Cycle Operations areas. Develop and design reporting to demonstrate operational benchmarks and provide data driven feedback related to operational performance. Performs rotating and supplemental on-call, as needed. Demonstrates accountability for self-development by completing independent training and attending on-going in-service training. Conducts on-going training for junior team members. Position Compensation Range: $74,900.80 - $119,849.60 Annual MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Experience: 5 years relevant Revenue Cycle experience required.
