UVA Medical Center is Hiring a Digital Analyst - Marketing and Communications Near Charlottesville, VA

UVA Health seeks a Digital Analyst to join its Office of Strategic Marketing and Communications department, on the Digital Marketing and Engagement team. This position will support, enforce, and continue to evolve the data-driven decision culture within the Department, working with internal stakeholders to provide insights into the digital acquisition, engagement, and awareness initiatives across the department. The Digital Analyst will need a deep understanding of a broad range of marketing channels including but not limited to SEM, SEO, social, display ads, email marketing automation, and web performance. They will need strong technical skills as well as excellent analytics skills, be detail-oriented, partner collaboratively with others and be comfortable presenting actionable insights to inform digital strategies. Collect, organize, and analyze customer, campaign, and web behavioral data. Recommend and implement testing strategies, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase effectiveness. Develop and present learnings from the analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations. Develop analytics plan to support customer journeys that map out the user's path to conversion Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports. Understands UTM best practices and knows to how to assess UTM strategy to enhance learnings. Monitor and analyze digital media and marketing analytics trends. Communicate and present to colleagues and Department leadership. Position Compensation Range: $62,670.40 - $100,276.80 Annual MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: 5 years of experience in a role that focuses on leveraging analytical and reporting tools, including but not limited to Tableau, Google Analytics, and Data Studio. Licensure/Certification: None. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
