Well established property management company is seeking a roving maintenance technician to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, professional in demeanor and appearance, and able to communicate effectively both in oral and written correspondence. Additionally you'll have a valid driver's license, a reliable truck, the ability to lift at least 50 pounds, basic handyman's tools, a working knowledge of household plumbing, basic electrical, and general home maintenance. Job duties will include but are not limited to providing maintenance services to tenants throughout King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties as assigned. Bilingual a plus, but not required. Must have own truck and tools. Pre-employment drug screening required. Salary - $28 per hour (based on experience), plus $4 per hour for mileage, plus $25 cell phone allowance, plus additional funds for tool maintenance.
