Our Midvale location is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team! This is an opportunity to work in the innovative and exciting field of infertility care and be a part of an extraordinary and committed staff.

This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Check patients in and out in the practice management system.
• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate staff. Ensure voicemails are addressed quickly.
• Keep waiting room neat and clean.
• Schedule appointments.
• Open and distribute mail.
• Prepare bank deposits.
• Make new patient information folders.
• Call patients to get updated addresses when mail is returned.
• Ensure all cycle payments are collected and collect on patient accounts receivable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour
