You Are:

UST is searching for an Oracle Cloud PLM Consultant who will Spearhead and architect Embedded Software programs, products and platforms, and end to end Turnkey solutions with strong Technical Leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Architect complex embedded software products with technology leadership as per standards, and meeting customer expectations. Upgrade own and team professional knowledge and skills.
• Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques. Performs technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems.
• Review product and/or application information including manuals and brochures for technical accuracy.
• Define and evaluate standards and best practices for the technology area of expertise.
• Collaborate with Architect -II by helping them in choosing the technology and tools for solution proposals.
• Make recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services using technology and methodologies.
• Contribute to customer technical review meetings. Influence and improve customer satisfaction.
• Review and contribute solution architectures.
• Review, participate in RFP defense meetings.
• Responsible for overall delivery to the customer.
• Recommend technical trainings and upskilling technologies.
• Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Close collaboration with system architects and requirements engineers
• Provides direction and goals to the group in line with the business strategies.
• Resolve technical conflicts, make trade-offs and resolve technical problems.
• Looks for patterns of struggle, experiments with new design and new ways of applying existing designs to solve problems.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

• Requires 10 - 12 years of information technology experience of which at least 6 - 8 years mainly in Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations domain.
• Strong business partnership with proven track record of successfully driving cross functional initiatives and projects.
• Experienced in Oracle Supply Chain Execution Cloud and Oracle EBS environments.
• Good functional and technical knowledge of the Oracle Inventory, Bill of Material, MRP, Costing, Purchasing and Order Management
• Experience working in high tech industry with Contract Manufacturing, exposure into Configure-To-Order (CTO) products is preferred.
• Any experience in handling Software License Management is a plus.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and analytical decision-making skills.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $120,000-$180,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options.
