Benefits Coordinator Job & Responsibilities:

Benefits Coordinators are primarily responsible for informing customers about the nature of benefits plans and any changes that happen to the structure of those benefits. They should be able to answer questions and concerns that customers have about their benefits. In addition to that, here are some of the general duties and responsibilities of a Benefits Coordinator:

  • Processing enrollments quickly and accurately
  • Resolving customer concerns with top notch customer service
  • Assisting the customers in enrolling medical insurance plans and/or supplemental
  • Consulting with customers about eligibility and other pertinent issues
  • Ensuring benefits are compliantly explained with the set laws and regulations
