Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to determine their wants and needs to present the best vehicle options
• Become certified in our makes, and models gaining in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
• Complete quotes and explain financing options on used motorcycles
• Follow up, and reply to perspective customers utilizing all contact methods
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm satisfaction, and generate referral business
• High volume of outbound calls daily
• Sending emails while effectively managing incoming emails as well
• Provide excellent client experiences and promotes customer loyalty
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
• Effective management on online chats
• Follow up on unsold showroom prospects

Requirements

• Basic motorcycle knowledge a must!!!
• Prior skills working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
• Self-driven with hunger to succeed
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Manage CRM assigned work flow efficiently
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing working relationships rapidly
• Possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Strong attention to detail, while being able to multi-task
• Established Computer Knowledge
• Ability to work in a Team Environment
• Willingness to learn and be coached 
• Weekend availability is needed, in addition to some evenings
• Valid US Drivers License
• Bilingual is a plus
