Workforce Scheduling In-Person Job Summary ** This is an in-person position located in Little Rock, AR. Please note, this is NOT a remote/work-from-home role.** The Physical Security Analyst is responsible for the operations, administration, and governance of Enterprise physical security solutions and processes. Duties include but are not limited to: printing access cards, pulling audits for various groups, working with managed services on monitoring, and addressing facilities requests. The ideal candidate will have previous technical experience with Cybersecurity as it relates to physical systems including in-depth technical knowledge of peripheral devices, Genetec certifications, security system design and technical experience working within the Genetec system or similar systems of the same size or larger. Requirements EDUCATION High School diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Physical Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business, or related field. In lieu of degree, minimum five (5) years' relevant experience will be considered. EXPERIENCE Minimum three (3) years’ physical security experience with a heavy focus in law enforcement and/or military experience. Previous technical experience with Cybersecurity as it relates to physical systems (industrial control systems (ICS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) , etc.) Additional security training/certification (control tactics, conducting vulnerability assessments, active shooter response instruction) is a plus. Knowledge of the HITRUST framework and other common information security management frameworks, e.g. HIPAA, ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, NIST, COBIT, ITL, etc. is a plus. Knowledge of working with large access control systems. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES Detail-Oriented Critical thinking Strong analytical skills Problem sensitivity Ingenuity Project management skills Excellent communication skills Ability to build collaborative relationships Skills Responsibilities Access Control: Implements and manages access control systems to restrict and monitor entry to facilities, including the issuance of access badges, key management, and visitor management, Alarm Systems: Maintains intrusion detection systems and other security alarms to protect against unauthorized access, theft, and emergencies, CCTV and Video Surveillance: Configures and maintains closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and video surveillance equipment to monitor critical areas and detect suspicious activities, Emergency Preparedness: Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop emergency response plans, conduct drills and exercises, and ensure readiness to handle natural disasters, security threats, and other emergencies, Incident Response: Develops and implements incident response procedures for security breaches, emergencies, and crisis situations, including coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services, Physical Security Policies and Procedures: Develops and enforces physical security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices, Security Assessments: Conducts comprehensive security assessments of facilities, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending appropriate security measures to mitigate risks, Security Audits and Compliance: Performs regular security audits and assessments to identify gaps in security measures, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and recommend corrective actions, Security Monitoring and Investigations: Works with security contractors to ensure the monitoring of security systems, security patrols, and investigating security incidents, breaches, or suspicious activities to identify perpetrators and prevent future incidents, Security Planning and Design: Develops security plans and strategies for physical assets, including access control systems, alarm systems, video surveillance, perimeter security, and emergency response procedures, Security Training and Awareness: Conducts security training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of physical security measures, emergency procedures, and risk mitigation strategies, Security Vendor Management: Collaborates with external security vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of physical security systems Certifications Security Requirements This position is identified as level three (3). This position must ensure the security and confidentiality of records and information to prevent substantial harm, embarrassment, inconvenience, or unfairness to any individual on whom information is maintained. The integrity of information must be maintained as outlined in the company Administrative Manual.
