Through hands-on relevant work experience, the internship program will allow the student or graduate to learn the business of Arkansas Blue Cross. Interns will receive professional coaching and participate in team building exercises. Weekly leadership forums are required where the intern will participate in open discussions regarding the corporate business and culture Requirements EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Intern I 1. Sophomore year in college (At least 30 credit hours but fewer than 60 credit hours). 2. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. 3. A minimum of 6.0 college credit hours in one of the requested disciplines. 4. Intern must live in Arkansas during the internship program (Relocation expense will not be paid.) Intern II 1. Junior year in college (At least 60 credit hours but fewer than 90 credit hours). 2. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. 3. A minimum of 12.0 college credit hours in one of the requested disciplines. 4. Intern must live in Arkansas during the internship program (Relocation expense will not be paid.) Intern III 1. Senior year in college (At least 90 credit hours). 2. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. 3. A minimum of 18.0 college credit hours in one of the requested disciplines. 4.
