SALES CONSULTANT -EXPERIENCE IN THE POWER TRANSMISSION INDUSTRY BIG PLUS

USA Roller chain & Sprockets is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant (Inside Sales) with Industrial Distribution experience (or similar industry) to join our Clermont, FL location. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. This is an opportunity for a sales candidate to join a great team and a very successful Central Florida company. USA Roller Chain & Sprockets offers an excellent benefits package that includes options for healthcare coverage, 401(k) plan, PTO, vacation, and holiday pay.

Responsibilities

·Ensure customer relationships are positive with all accounts

·Prospect for new customers

·Ensure customer service requirements are met

·Generate new business with new or existing customers

·Work with customers to identify, quote, and close product needs and solutions

·Provide technical support as required

·Work with Sales Manager to provide business planning to reach sales goals

·Work with and coordinate vendor resources to build relationships and support sales

·Accountable for time management and prioritizing activities to reach goals

·Use company-provided pricing tools to achieve proper gross profit levels on quotes

·Maintain appropriate relationships with key suppliers

·Discussing ALL product offerings as appropriate with ALL customers

·Managing existing accounts and developing and maintaining successful relationships with customers

·Promoting sales of industrial solutions to new and existing customers

·Handling customer inquiries on time and recommending strategic solutions

Qualifications

·Preferred 2-3 years of industrial distribution experience

·Good customer service and communication skills

·Reliable, organized, detailed and focused

·Industry and sales experience

·Moderate computer skills, including communicating internally and externally via email

·Work experience with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Teams & Excel

·Ability to multitask and manage time well

·Knowledge of supply chain systems

·Preferred basic Knowledge of industrial products: power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical
