USA Contract Solutions is Hiring an Inbound Sales Representative Near Houston, TX

Overview:

As a sales representative, your main responsibility is to convert leads into customers by finalizing sales transactions. You will be engaging with potential clients who have already expressed interest in our products or services, guiding them through the purchasing process, addressing any concerns or objections they may have, and ultimately closing the sale.

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with leads who have shown interest in our products or services and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Building rapport with potential customers to establish trust and credibility.
  • Understanding the needs and preferences of each customer and recommending appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
  • Addressing any questions or concerns the customer may have about the products, pricing, or terms of sale.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions of sale, including pricing, discounts, and payment plans, to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Overcoming objections and resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process.
  • Closing sales transactions and ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs they may have.
  • Collaborating with other members of the sales team to share best practices and strategies for success.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Persistence and resilience in handling objections and rejections.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including closing techniques, objection handling, and relationship building.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or other sales tools is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Salary Commission
