USA Construction Consultants is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Tucker, GA

Our company is a construction consulting business in the Northlake Mall Area of Tucker, GA. We are currently looking for a full-time Office Administrator to work in our office Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The company is small and flexible with a relaxed environment, but very busy and in need of additional people to help handle the workload.

The company provides construction consulting services to Lenders throughout the U.S. and primarily issues monthly technical reports to clients for ongoing construction projects.

The role will involve customer relations in communicating daily with clients, delivering our product to them, and providing support to maintain strong business relationships, as well as maintaining organization for the company consultants. Most of our client interaction is via email, so email proficiency and proper etiquette are a must.

The primary duties will include the following, with other tasks added once fully trained:

· Editing reports. This requires a lot of reading and good reading comprehension as well as a good grasp of basic grammar and spelling, with a keen eye for details.

· Sending reports and invoices to clients via email.

· Utilizing QuickBooks to generate project invoicing and handle Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable items (such as paying bills, posting payments via check and ACH, and following up with clients on past-due invoices).

· Document Management. You will be monitoring company email inboxes and forwarding documents to consultants and uploading files to the correct projects in multiple systems.

· Completing basic office related tasks (such as checking the mail, ordering office supplies, managing bill payments, scheduling maintenance/repairs, and answering the phone).

We also have a proprietary, web-based software system that will require daily interaction for filing reporting and other project information. We need someone who is a quick learner and can adapt to a new program.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following:

· Good verbal skills and effective communication

· Ability to keep up with a very busy inbox – 99% of our communication is via email

· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency when needed

· Positive approach and demonstrates professional standards

· Self-motivated and reliable

· Ability to be proactive and work independently

· Live in close proximity to the office for better work/life balance

Desired Qualifications:

· 2 Years of Office Experience (Preferred)

· College Degree (Preferred)

· Computer skills and abilities are a must

· Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

· Previous Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience using QuickBooks is a plus
