Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Senior Manager of Organizational Transformation plays a pivotal role in steering the enterprise's organizational transformation efforts across all business units and functions. This strategic position is geared towards optimizing, delivering, and advising on a broad portfolio of transformation projects, with the ultimate goal of embedding organizational transformation as a core capability throughout the enterprise. In this role, you will: Strategic Leadership: Lead the strategic planning and execution of organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and seamless integration into business operations. Innovation in Transformation Practices: Design and implement innovative people-oriented solutions that foster successful adoption and sustainable change, leveraging cutting-edge methodologies and technologies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to business and functional leaders, facilitating cross-functional teams to identify transformation opportunities and develop impactful solutions. Agility and Execution Excellence: Champion agility and operational excellence in transformation efforts, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, with a focus on meaningful outcomes. Talent and Culture Development: Oversee the development of holistic change and talent strategies in collaboration with HRBPs, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. Measurement and Impact Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of transformation initiatives, ensuring business objectives are met and value is added to the organization. What we look for: 10 years of experience in HR fields, spanning across organizational development, change and capability building, and organizational and operating model design 3 years of people management experience 2 years in experience in a consulting role is highly preferred 2 years in experience in CPG is highly preferred Master’s Degree is highly preferred Skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes Demonstrated ability to interact and influence with all levels in the organization An authentic, inspiring, hands-on leader who can align people, plans and processes to bring a vision to life Ability to drive change and apply good judgement in times of ambiguity A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value Ability to be agile, understands what is necessary to drive meaningful outcomes with speed (values outcomes over process) High quality written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills and ability to present information in a concise and meaningful manner to managers and senior leaders Demonstrated success in implementing innovative change management techniques Experience in conducting organizational, program level, and individual needs analysis to identify people needs #LI-Hybrid Workplace type: Hybrid: 3 days a week in Oakland, CA, Pleasanton, CA, Alpharetta, GA or Durham, NC. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. –Zone A: $144,200 - $289,900 –Zone B: $132,200 - $265,700 –Zone C: $120,200 - $241,600 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
