In this role, you will: Lead cross-functional teams to develop strong marketing and business case elements for new products and platforms to deliver on strategic innovation plan. Ultimately responsible for recommending all key marketing elements for new products including target selection, positioning, pricing, packaging, and product or placement choices that impact the consumer or business (70%) Deliver US strategic innovation plan targets; identify incremental opportunities to accelerate growth Recommend new product innovations ideas to deliver the strongest plan Champion marketing point of view on cross-functional teams Lead teams to create and recommend new drill sites, ideas and business cases. Integrate consumer, technical and business insights. Partner with Sales, R&D, and Human Insights to improve collaboration and business results Champion a winning culture and develop teammates (30%) Create / help build high-performing cross-functional teams.
