Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The role entails leading supply chain logistics operations across 701 manufacturing sites, ensuring personnel, safety, quality, production availability, cost, and innovation targets are met. Responsibilities include training staff, managing just-in-time material supply, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The individual must excel in problem-solving, prioritize tasks, and foster collaboration with internal and external teams. They should be highly motivated, assertive, and possess strong communication skills. In this role, you will: Develop team members in "Safety as a Core Value" and ensure adherence to daily safety, quality, housekeeping, and environmental requirements. Oversee internal controls compliance processes including cycle counts, NODDs, confirmations, and reconciliation. Ensure efficient inventory management and availability of raw and pack materials for production. Maintain contracted maintenance of material handling equipment fleet. Ensure Just-In-Time (JIT) availability of materials to meet production schedules. Enforce proper material handling and storage procedures. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and BMP procedures in the compounding area. Manage time and attendance, progressive disciplinary actions, performance tracking, and skill block promotion processes for direct reports. Support plant initiatives, including new material integration and compounding requirements. Manage 3PL shipments and deliveries for the facility and supporting sites. Develop improvement processes and KPI review mechanisms. Manage vendor relationships for transportation needs. Coordinate with Clorox Product Supply functions and maintain partnership relations with DHL. What we look for: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and systems. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
