You'll play a pivotal role in teams dedicated to developing, designing, installing, and commissioning new products, enhancing existing products, and implementing technological advancements for larger-scale projects. Leading small to medium-sized projects, you'll demonstrate your ability to deliver comprehensive and practical solutions to intricate challenges with minimal guidance. Operating under general management oversight, your completed work undergoes thorough technical scrutiny for accuracy and excellence. Your primary interactions extend across internal departments and regularly engage external suppliers and consultants, fostering a dynamic network of collaboration and innovation. In this role, you will: Enhanced and Streamlined Capital Project Management, Design, and Construction Oversight Advanced Technical Troubleshooting and Engineering Solutions Thorough Evaluation of Project Technical Feasibility Efficient Handling of Engineering Administrative Tasks Active Engagement in Process Enhancement Initiatives Participation in Technical Seminars for Comprehensive Training and Insight into Emerging Trends and Technologies Mentoring and Guidance for EIC Technicians on-site for Enhanced Performance Continuous Development of Personal Engineering Skills and Techniques Championing Engineering Innovation across Functional Departments Ensuring Adherence to Project Safety Performance Goals Providing Strategic Support for Project Planning and Execution Contributing to Cost-Efficiency Initiatives and Financial Objectives Offering Valuable Technical Input and Expertise for Business Proposals and Engineering Needs Advocating for and Ensuring Regulatory Compliance within Project Frameworks Taking the Lead as EIC Representative, Aligning with Clorox Project Management Standards to Attain Optimal Results, Timelines, and Budget Targets What we look for: Electrical Engineering Degree (BSEE) 7 years of engineering experience Skilled in PLC programming and troubleshooting 5 years of capital project management 5 years in batch, continuous or discrete manufacturing Preferred Qualifications Engineering Degree (BSEE) Working knowledge of NEC, ANSI, IEC, NEMA, NFPA a plus Working knowledge of industrial power and lighting applications; power distribution; and MCC, conduit and wiring a plus Technical skills related to electrical/instrumentation and controls Working knowledge of Allen Bradley hardware and software Ability to develop, read and interpret electrical drawings Engineering or operations experience with consumer-packaged goods packaging equipment and systems Motivation & commitment to lead and direct others to exceptional results Analytical & decision-making skills that integrate technical and business factors Effective communication skills in formal and informal settings using both written and verbal communication skills. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. –Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900 –Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400 –Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
