R10042803 Jr. Pricing Analyst (Open) Location: Lawrenceville, GA - Sever Rd - Cust. installations How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Pricing & Profitability Analyst leads the analyses that support the development and implementation of pricing strategies, price execution, and overall price management. This role will maintain close alignment with the VP of Finance and VP Sales as well as our Data Integrity Team . They will develop ongoing pricing analytics and timely actionable information for business leaders, including: President, VP Finance, Vice Presidents, Sales Managers and the field sales team. Provides these business leaders with in-depth profitability analysis of product line, channel or service offerings in their areas of responsibility. Works closely with the President to identify areas of opportunity to expand both near term and long term profitability within all operations. Monitors and enhances margin trends by providing actionable information at a customer and material level across all functional areas of the business. Implements market analytics that will foster sales and margin growth opportunities. Work closely with sales in each area of the business to build and maintain price levels, rent matrices, fee tables, and exemption lists. Responsible for the updating and ongoing maintenance and accuracy of all SAP price lists, working to align lists and customer placement in lists with regional profitability goals. Prepares sales and customer price increase support materials. Maintains and adjusts retail pricing in alignment with regional, divisional, and national strategies. Generates and analyzes price performance reports. Presents key findings to internal stakeholders and facilitate the development of new strategies and tactics to improve performance. Collaborates with operations and functional business process teams to understand and define real cost-to- serve, and incorporate costs into pricing decision processes. Applies pricing rules, policies and decisions, and provides detailed explanations supporting decisions. Researches pricing discrepancies and proposes solutions to fairly resolve pricing disputes. Provides analysis pricing relative to competition and recommends appropriate actions to the business. Performs and communicates IRR calculations for the field. Creates, modifies, enhances internal websites and tools. Ability to effectively influence business leaders at all levels. Other duties and projects as assigned. ________________________ Are you a MATCH? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or related degree required. Minimum of 2 years of increasing responsibility in financial analysis, pricing, profitability analysis, product marketing, and/or economics. Prior experience utilizing SAP preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong business and financial acumen to clearly communicate information to business leaders. Ability to analyze and disseminate large amounts of data in way that is easily interpreted by business leaders. Skilled in Google applications and Excel as well as a demonstrated ability to utilize financial applications within ERP software (i.e. SAP) and SQL. Demonstrated knowledge of financial/statistical modeling and pricing tools preferred. Ability to deal with difficult situations in a diplomatic and professional manner. Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions. decisions based on investigation and judgment as well as ability to discern when to escalate issues. Exhibits customer focused behavior such as building positive relationships and strives to understand customer’s needs, both internal and external. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adjust communication methods based on customer situations. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience integrating new technologies into day-to-day operations. Vision, creativity and a quality mindset.
