R10041469 Master Data Specialist (Open) Location: Tulsa, OK - W. 7th St. - Management - Central BSC How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? As a Master Data Specialist your primary function is to review and analyze all proposed, relevant changes and/or new additions pertaining to the Customer Master to ensure the accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures set by the company. In order to be successful in this position, qualified candidates should be trainable, take directions well, and be a quick learner. In addition, the successful candidate must have excellent research and follow-up skills, as well as be able to excel in a fast-paced work environment. This position has a hybrid work arrangement with scheduled days in our downtown Tulsa office combined with days available to work from home, after initial training. Create and maintain SAP global master data in the areas of the Customer Master/Pricing and other related areas in SAP. Support training and communication of functional master data standards, definitions, processes, policies and tools to internal Airgas associates. Review/analyze incoming master data request to determine desired outcome and proper course of action to take. Investigate customer accounts in SAP, researching Ship To level, Sold To level and Billing/Payer structure as it relates to the Partnership functionality of customer’s account. Work with other departments and/or teams, ( i.e. Customer Service(A/R), Tax, Accounting, A/P, Sales, etc.) to coordinate master data requirements to ensure data consistency and integrity. ________________________ Are you a MATCH? High school diploma or equivalent, college education preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with SAP and/or ERP systems. A history of working within a fast paced growth environment with an appropriate balance of urgency and quality. Knowledge of customer hierarchy and master data records. Proven ability prioritizing and dealing with multiple tasks. Possess excellent interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills. Strong computer skills (Google Sheets and Excel). Ability to communicate effectively; verbally and in written.
