Electronic Specialty Gases (ESG) is a focused product line within the larger Air Liquide Electronics (ALE) organization that specializes in providing a diverse portfolio of highly purified specialty gases to our customers. The ESG product line is poised for strong growth over the coming years as leading semiconductor companies are making multi-billion dollar investments to expand manufacturing capacity in the United States and globally. The Morrisville PA plant is expanding its chemical process engineering and technical team to ensure it is well poised for these growth opportunities. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Air Liquide Electronics is looking for a Business Development, Product Manager to join our team of highly-experienced individuals. This person will be responsible for a portfolio of product offerings that serve the semiconductor industry in a high-growth and challenging environment. In addition to managing the existing business, this individual will be highly instrumental in the development of the long-term strategy for their portfolio. They will work closely with our Sales team, Operations team, and World Business Line team to ensure reliable and quality products that bring the best value to our customers as they expand in the U.S. The location for this post is flexible with preference given to existing ALEUS locations (Dallas, Houston, Morrisville, etc). Responsibilities: Manage specific molecules in the ESG product line. Monitor and drive actions towards improving KPIs. Understand variances from previous reporting periods and Target, highlighting business risks. Work closely with the Morrisville team to ensure product delivery in line with customer expectations. Work closely with the WBL product management team to bring global synergies to our offering. Develop new entry product offerings in line with the ALEUS ESG strategy by engaging with the customers via the sales team and all aspects of supply chain contributors from the WBL for contracting raw materials, to the operations team for understanding and defining required investments for production and depot storage. Partner with the sales team to profitably grow the business, ensuring the availability of marketing material and training to empower them, and adequate communication during the normal course of business to keep them apprised of activity affecting our customers and offering. Determine procurement needs (molecules, specifications, maximum costs, etc) and provide information to the Procurement team. Regularly assemble and motivate individuals from various departments (commercial, BD, operations, quality) to resolve planned and unplanned queries. Determine annual Target sales margin by customer and molecule. This includes having a robust understanding of each product’s real-time market and cost stack in order to provide appropriate pricing guidance to the commercial team. Contribute to the overall development and implementation of the long-term ALEUS ESG Strategy led by the ESG BD & PM team as well as Morrisville operations. This includes fulfilling the business developer role for new investments by leading the projects through internal governance processes. Develop and capture industry expertise, including customer and competitor information and product uses. Create business management efficiencies in the way we interact with other teams, in the tools we use for our daily activities, etc. Train and develop ALLEX team members in regular business processes leading to the ability for them to manage specialized ad hoc requests; Become one of the prime managers for the rotating ALLEX. _____________________ Are you a MATCH? Required Qualifications: BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or Material Science required 5 years of industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of Semiconductor field and application of gases preferred Solution-oriented, with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform under stress and time constraints Comfortable in both corporate and field environments Excellent individual performer Ability to effectively work within a diverse, international organization Capability to be flexible and support a global Electronics product line which requires working with individuals across the world in different timezones..
