- Act as Office Manager
- Single point of contact for monitoring staff compliance with mandated trainings (many of which focus on safety related concerns)
- Creating spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purchases
- Maintaining a record of staff evaluations / processing commissioner's correspondence
- Responding to and drafting letter, scheduling meetings, monitoring environmental work orders, purchasing goods and services , reconciling procurement cards
