As a Tennis Coach at USA Sport Group, you will be responsible for working with children ages 3 to 14 at beginner and intermediate levels. In many instances, this will be the child's first experience playing the sport. Depending on your skillset and coaching background, you may also have the opportunity to work on our advanced programs, adult programs, or private lessons.

As a Pickleball Coach, you will be responsible for delivering fun and engaging Pickleball sessions to groups of adults 18 who in many instances are new to the sport. Coaches are responsible for teaching rules, techniques, tactics and match play. You should be able to deliver a confident and well-structured lesson to all abilities.

Worried you don’t have enough tennis or pickleball experience? Don’t worry, we offer full training and ongoing support! The Spring season lasts for 10 weeks, starting as early as NOW and running through mid-June. Candidates must be willing to commit to the entire season of classes with sessions typically taking place on Saturday mornings and/or midweek evenings, in blocks of 2 to 3 hours. Successful hires will be provided with comprehensive paid training, along with a complete uniform, equipment, and curriculum necessary for the role.

Additionally, as a testament to our commitment to our coaches each season, we offer seasonal incentives to coaches who consistently demonstrate reliability in terms of conducting their classes and keeping an open line of communication with availability.
