As a Tennis Coach at USA Sport Group, you will be responsible for working with children ages 3 to 14 at beginner and intermediate levels. In many instances, this will be the child's first experience playing the sport. Depending on your skillset and coaching background, you may also have the opportunity to work on our advanced programs, adult programs, or private lessons.
Worried you don’t have enough tennis experience? Don’t worry, we offer full training and ongoing support! Opportunities are open for Summer Camps and Weekly Summer Classes starting in mid-June and finishing by Labor Day. Candidates must be willing to commit to the entire season of classes with sessions typically in blocks of 3 to 4 hours. Successful hires will be provided with comprehensive paid training, along with a complete uniform, equipment, and curriculum necessary for the role.
Additionally, as a testament to our commitment to our coaches each season, we offer seasonal incentives to coaches who consistently demonstrate reliability in terms of conducting their classes and keeping an open line of communication with availability.
