US Roller Inc. is Hiring a Bookkeeper/Office Manager Near Fridley, MN

We’re looking for an experienced Full Time Bookkeeper to join our team. You will be responsible for keeping accurate and up to date books for our manufacturing company.

The ideal candidate will enjoy the challenge of maintaining the books and files for a 2 location manufacturing firm. We're a small group with a keen attention to detail, a strong work ethic and dedication to our clients and employees. Bookkeeping Duties Include:

- Manage posting, filing and reconciliation for accounts payable
- Process and post payments for all bills
- General Ledger journal entries
- Bank account reconciliation
- Customer payment reconciliations
- Working closely with Management to review customer balances.
- Timely month-end/year-end closing duties and 1099 filing
- Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of the company.-- Provide financial reports weekly, monthly, yearly.
- Monitor payables and receivables
- Ensure timely processing of payroll
- Support the Accounting colleagues as needed

Office Management Duties Include:

- Maintain complete, organized, and up to date files
- Scan hardcopy files and invoices into electronic filing system
- Resolve software, hardware and utilities problems as they arise
-Some invoicing
-Customer support
- Process mail and order office supplies
- Compliance and related reporting
- General filing, sorting, mailing

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 year’s prior accounts payable/ accounts receivable experience
- Strong knowledge of Quickbooks (desktop)
- Bookkeeping experience with multiple complex entities
- Understanding of basic office equipment troubleshooting/repair
- Able to manage multiple work tasks and deadlines efficiently and professionally
- Possess solid organizational skills and be self-motivated
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
