US Polo Association is Hiring a FT Assistant Store Manager Near Falls, NJ

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to drive sales and meet targets.

Duties:
- Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
- Provide leadership and guidance to store staff
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and inquiries
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Store Manager for replenishment
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Conduct employee orientation and training sessions
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales goals and strategies
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in store management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in recruiting, interviewing, and employee onboarding processes
- Knowledge of sales management techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with store operations, including inventory management and cash handling procedures
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
