Job Summary
U.S. Medical Staffing is Seeking 3 Full Time Registered Nurses (RN's) 2 for the Day Shift and 1 for the Evening Shift for one of our Nursing and Rehab Center Near the Kings park/Smithtown Area. ThisNursing Center is a 250-bed premier provider for skilled nursing care with specialties that include Alzheimer’s /Dementia, Head Injury Rehabilitation, Subacute care and Adult day care.
We are seeking RNs preferably with nursing home experience. Must be compassionate and follow our mission to giving quality care to our residents.
Job Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) ( But Not Limited to )

• Perform required skills (assessment, intervention) according to guidelines, forms, policies and procedures
• Develop care plan that demonstrates knowledge of criteria to ascertain residents specific needs based on health care problem(s)
• Carry out care plan that demonstrates familiarity with criteria to establish resident priorities specific to anticipated outcomes
• Implement physicians’ orders; administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures and special tests and document treatment as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations

Qualifications of a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Current New York State RN license
• Minimum Associates Degree
• Must have effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 50 per week
