Job Summary:
The Administrator II is responsible for providing administrative support to the team, department, or organization. They will perform various clerical tasks, manage databases, and handle sensitive and confidential information. The Administrator II will also be responsible for coordinating office activities and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members, including occasional travel of up to 20% of working hours
- Maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring documents are properly organized and easily accessible
- Manage databases, update records, and generate reports as required
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents
- Coordinate office activities and ensure office supplies are well-stocked
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and arranging orientation sessions
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
