We seek experienced electro-mechanical field service technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on banking equipment including alarm systems, CCTV's, pneumatic drive-ups, VATS, ATMs, vaults safety deposit boxes, etc. Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Responsibilities include:

• Acts as “our customer’s best service provider” at all times, prioritizing and completing all service calls and preventive maintenance daily.
• Uses solid troubleshooting skills to isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
• Communicating service schedules and outcomes with customers in a timely manner.
• Completes accurate and detailed service reports for customer and Convergint in a timely manner to allow for accurate invoicing and job cost tracking.
• Escalating issues and reassigning service calls as needed.
• Maintains a high-level of industry knowledge through training and certifications.

What You’ll Need

• Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
• Technical skills and experience related to electronic security and/or other systems interfaced with same.
• Programming skills and proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions
• Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple service needs simultaneously
  Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Must be a self-starter and work well with direct supervision.
• Ability to travel locally with occasional overnight travel
• Valid driver’s license

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience: Trade school, or equivalent experience.

• Experience servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems, CCTV systems, and intrusion systems.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Local travel to job sites and minimal overnight travel is required.

Preferred Experience: (but not required): 

• CCTV experience: March Networks / Verint.
• Intrusion and Access Control experience: DMP / Bosch / PACOM / Lenel.
• Banking equipment including pneumatic drive-ups, VATS, ATMs, vaults, safety deposit boxes, etc.
