Job description: U.S. LAWNS has been in the commercial landscape management business for 25 years. We provide full service landscape management for commercial properties nationwide. Our services include landscape management, irrigation management, fertilization, pest control, seasonal color design and installation and select services.
Supervise the crew providing services to our commercial customers
All phases of the management of truck operations under their control
Inform U.S. LAWNS of all developments in operations, training & planning
Schedule workload for crew members prior to the work day
Prepare and secure all materials, tools and equipment for the next day
Assign tasks to crew members & ensure work is completed properly
Ensure that all crew members are punctual & follow company rules & procedures
Train crew members to do job effectively & efficiently
Maintain and promote safe working conditions in the field at all times
Conducts & documents safety tailgate meetings weekly with the crew
Maintain clean, neat & professional image of service vehicle & trailer
Ensure crew members maintain professional image
Landscape or maintain grounds of property's using hands or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, blowing, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and installation of plants, bushes etc.
