US Atlantic LLC is Hiring an Office Assistant / BDC Near Largo, FL

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant/BDC Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments while also assisting in the Business Development Center to help drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or team member
  • Schedule appointments for sales and service departments using our CRM system
  • Follow up with leads generated through various channels to schedule appointments and promote sales opportunities
  • Assist in maintaining customer databases and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Provide administrative support to the sales, service, and finance departments as needed
  • Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,751.61 - $41,851.40 per year
