Business Operations Specialist- Virtual, USA/Canada What this job involves: The Business Operations Specialist provides “Level 1” technical support for the client organization's internal applications. Research and resolve end user IT application service requests and incidents within defined service levels, ensuring escalations are handled appropriately. Improve quality of solutions delivered, in order to reduce customer demand for user support services. Implement service and process improvements. Maintain customer satisfaction.
