This position is located at an ANG Security Forces Flight. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor and/or flight chief, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Security Forces Flight.
MAJOR DUTIES:
1. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
2. Represents the Security Forces Flight with a variety of functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with the base community.
3. Performs and enforces the full range of police officer duties within the military facility.
4. Performs other duties as assigned.
