Overview:
As a Urological Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting urologists and other medical staff in delivering high-quality care to patients. From administrative tasks to patient care duties, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team.

Duties:
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and preparing patients for examinations
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Perform medical administrative support tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and coordinating referrals
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or relevant certification
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmaceutical and medical terminology
- Proficient in performing vital signs measurements and basic medical procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
