**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner

- Prepare reception area prior to arrival of patients

- Verify insurance information and run eligibility

- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

- Maintain office cleanliness and organization

- Schedule appointments

**Skills:**

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Knowledge of basic medical terminology

- Ability to computerize information accurately

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

- Handling cash and processing checks and charge cards

- Multi-tasking and effective time management

- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is a plus
