The Sales Assistant is responsible for processing orders, tracking shipments, analyzing data, ensuring customer satisfaction, collaborating with customers, and maintaining accurate records.

• Process and create new orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze order acceptance and shipment data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and resolve daily issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information related to orders, shipments, and customer interactions.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
• Assist with communicating with customers via phone, email, or in person to address inquiries and provide support.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing sales materials.
• Assist in coordinating and planning business trips for the sales team.
• Assist in entering and managing orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• A High School diploma or equivalent GED is required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to be covered under the Company's automobile insurance are required.
