We are seeking a well-rounded and driven Front Desk associate to join one of our locations! URBN Dental is a private Dental Practice in Uptown, Midtown and Montrose. With locations in Katy and CityCentre recently opened, as well as others in progress.

Typical Schedule

• Average 5 days per week
• Rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities (but not limited to)

Knowledge of dental insurances

• Open Dental software experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge on scheduling patients effectively and efficiently.
• Treatment Planning patients
• Checking out patients
• Knowledge auditing patients accounts
• Following up on treatment plans, patient cancellations, etc.
