WE ARE HUNTING FOR TALENT! We are a family-owned and operated, gourmet bakery and we are on the hunt for a talented new retail team member to join our crew! WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Our bakery is growing and changing every day and we are looking for hard workers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and who are comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching gears in a moment’s notice. All retail team members are expected to work or be available on weekends (Saturdays only), as well as opening shifts as early as 7:30 a.m. and closing shifts as late as 7 p.m. This position is approximately 15-20 hours per week.
- Specifically looking to fulfill: Closing shifts Tuesday & Friday, and Opening shift on Saturdays
- Must be flexible to work at both our Scottsdale and Phoenix locations if necessary
Our retail team members spend their day working within a 3-person team, building customer "fans" by providing an exceptional customer experience. This includes customer service with a personal connection, keeping our shop well stocked, extremely organized, and very clean, and keeping a close eye on the quality of pastries before we serve them to customers.
They also fulfill online take-out orders for in-store pick up or delivery, fold tons of pastry boxes, do lots of cleaning, and complete operational tasks that keep the bakery running smoothly. Each team member's number one goal each day is to create a personal connection with each and every customer and ensure we've exceeded their expectations.
Qualified candidates have excellent customer service skills in a retail or food environment, have an eye for detail, are coachable, and are willing to jump in on any task in support of our team. Shift lead experience is always a plus. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS:
Acquisition of Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card / Ability to lift 50 lbs. / Ability to stand for most of shift / Maintain high energy and stamina for entire shift
