WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Our bakery is growing and changing every day and we are looking for hard workers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and who are comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching gears in a moments notice. All team members are expected to work weekends (Saturdays only), as well as mornings as early at 7:30 a.m. and nights as late as 7 p.m. This position is approximately 16-20 hours per week.
Our retail team members spend their day working within a 3-person team, building customer "fans" by providing an exceptional customer experience including customer service with a connection, keeping our shop well stocked, extremely organized, and very clean. They also fulfill take-out orders, fold tons of pastry boxes, and complete lots of operational tasks that keep the bakery running smoothly. Each team member's number one challenge each day is to create a personal connection with each and every customer and ensure we've exceeded their expectations.
ARE YOU EXCEPTIONAL? Exceptional candidates have excellent customer service skills in a retail or food environment, have an eye for detail, are coachable, and are willing to jump in on any task in support of our team.
