Fine Dining at Ferris Hills/Clark Meadows
The beautiful facility under a top-notch professional leadership team has an exciting opportunity! Lead Cook - Full-time Days - This position ensures food preparation for service is according to menu plans and standardized recipes in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. The individual is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen in the absence of the Food Service Manager.
Requirements
• Good teamwork skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be able to read, write and understand the English language
• Must be able to process simple mathematical calculations: add, subtract, multiply, and divide
• Must know basic computer skills.
• Must have attended Health Department Training.
EDUCATION
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of three years working in the food service industry.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
Pay Range: $18.00 - $23.00
Starting Pay: Based on Experience
