 About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity for a President, Lead Network to be the senior leader of an online real estate platform to support all of the Company's verticals across all customer segments on a national basis. The President has ultimate responsibility for value proposition ownership, strategy execution, business development support, operational management and financial performance for the division or service line. This position supervises a team of Lead Development, Welcome Center, Sales and Infrastructure professionals. The President serves as the engagement lead as it relates to external relationships with key Company affiliated partners, clients, and suppliers.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Drives engagement across the Company's team
  • Ensures that the team is collaborative and high-performing
  • Implements specific value propositions for the Company that resonate with internal and external customers
  • Works with the leadership team of the Affiliate brands, Regional Vice Presidents and Leaders, Sales Managers, and Sales Associates, to achieve high adoption rates for this division
  • Implements long-term strategic plans and strategies that ensure business agility and sustainability, despite changing market trends and customer preferences
  • Collaborates with the Company's leadership team on implementing a call center operations strategy and infrastructure in a rapid-growth environment that delivers the highest quality customer and client service performance.
  • Ensures lead generation strategies create positive ROI. Oversees the creation and implementation of lead generation programs including account-based marketing, lead nurture, and drip campaigns based on segments and the buyer's journey
  • Executes against a business and financial plan to ensure the achievement of budgeted financial results (gross revenues and net income) and targeted success rates
  • Collaborates with the Division Controller to monitor MTD and YTD financial results and to ensure the achievement of the annual financial plan
  • Oversees Rental Division and is responsible for the P&L of this operation
  • Oversees the management of staff, including hiring, training, retention, and succession planning
  • Monitors employee performance, including annual salary reviews, vacation and sick time, and formal disciplinary actions, as required

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Master’s degree a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Real Estate License preferred
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of Lead Generation experience or related industry leadership experience
  • Previous sales leadership experience in the development of inbound, outbound, and online sales programs
  • Strong background in developing, implementing and overseeing a lead generation business function, preferably in the Real Estate Industry
  • Thorough understanding of customer service, call center core processes and total quality management philosophies and practices
  • A deep understanding of the marketing funnel, campaign techniques through lead nurturing, segmentation, scoring and metrics
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify problems and solutions with use of market insights or internal data
  • Proven experience implementing and executing against a business plan and financial budget, with the ability to focus on ROI to maximize digital spend and optimize marketing mix
  • Background in leading multi-functional, cross-organizational work team(s)
  • Ability to inspire followers and drive measurable engagement and advocacy
  • Excellent relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong operations management and customer service orientation
  • Strong analytical, project management and problem resolution skills
  • Effective organizational, presentation and writing skills
  • Ability to multi-task and focus on competing priorities
  • Command of basic math skills and computer application programs (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Travel and Other: 

  • May require some travel throughout region to Sales Offices
