Uptown Cheapskate is Hiring an Associate buyer Near Cypress, TX
Love fashion, clothing, and the environment? Want to work at a job where you have power and control (insert evil laugh)? We've got a job for you! You'll get to look at fashion all day and decide how to price it in this position.
Uptown Cheapskate is a buy, sell, trade fashion store for young adults. We carry thousands of mall and luxury brands at up to 70% off regular retail prices.
We aim to make fashion more sustainable and that's where you come in. We're looking for full-time and part-time Buyers and can train the right candidate on everything you need to know.
Buyers typically work 25-30 hours per week.Responsibilities :
- Select and price gently-used styles for our customers
- Merchandise clothing
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work with the managers to keep the sales floor organized
- Registers and ringing transactions
- Must be able to Open & Close the store regularly
- Must be a fast learner, responsible, and have open availability on weekends
