Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Required to load trucks, unload trucks, pick orders, rotate stock and verify accuracy
• Responsible for inventory management through accurate picking/loading and product rotation
• Must follow all SOP procedures and complete required documentation/checklists
• Maintain area cleanliness, report leaks and/or out of spec product and participate in continuous improvement efforts
• Follow all safety requirements to include housekeeping, lock out/tag out, PPE, and facility safety efforts

Expectations:

• Ability to stand/walk, and perform physical work such as heavy lifting and pulling of product for long periods of time with repetitive motion
• Operate in a cooler environment ranging from 33-39 degrees; varied temperature ranges
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, and management in a clear and respectful manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and coordinate various activities
• Perform other duties as assigned
