We are currently seeking a parts/warehouse coordinator for a short-term assignment (6-months) Monday-Friday 8am-430pm.
Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to office records, or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory levels. Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count. Investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies. Prepares reports, such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages. Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods. Re-stocks items as necessary. Labels shelves. Liaises with vendors and purchasing agents, and prepares deliveries.
Qualifications:

• Must have computer skills, excel necessary.
• Previous experience with physical counting of inventory
• Must be able to stand for periods of time.
• Must be able to lift to 50lbs.
• Must be able to climb a 3-step ladder.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to meet company policy for attendance and work schedule requirements.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Pay: $16.72 - $20.07 per hour*
