Overview:We are currently seeking a Commercial Roofer to join our team. As a Commercial Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on commercial buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions. Responsibilities:- Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofs using various materials such as asphalt, metal, and single-ply membranes- Inspect roofs for damage and identify areas that require repair or replacement- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions- Remove old roofing materials and properly dispose of them- Install insulation and vapor barriers as needed- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all timesRequirements:- Must be 18 years of age or older-Must have valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation-Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screeningWe offer competitive pay based on experience and skills.
