Class A drivers with three months experience run dedicated regional with reset on the weekend.

• Drivers will deliver new box springs and mattresses to North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Ohio, Kansas, Missouri, Wisconsin, Michigan, Kentucky and Indiana.
• Starting pay is $.67CPM with $53 stop pay and an average of 10 stops per week
• Mattresses will be tailgaited by driver to tail of the trailer or on the dock area. Driver will have some assistance from customer but will use a dolly to maneuver the mattresses which weigh about 100-180LBS
• Drivers will go to the same consistent customers each week.
• Drivers will be required to chain about 5 times a year
• Start time 3AM-8AM and will be out 2-4 nights per week and home the other nights per week
• Drivers are also paid an additional $53 for backhaul deliveries and pick ups
• Full benefits start after 30 days including PTO, 401K, medical, dental etc

Drivers must live within 100 miles of Watertown but drivers can take the truck home during home time.

Must meet one of following.

• 3 Months verifiable Class A experience in the last 6 months OR

• 6 months verifiable Class A experience in the last 36 months OR

• 12 months verifiable Class A experience in the last five years

NOTE EXPERIENCE WITH TRAINER WILL COUNT IF DRIVER WAS DRIVING AS A TEAM DURING TRAINING PERIOD.

Requirements:

• No more than 3 moving violations or incidents in the last three years’

• No major preventable accidents in the last 3 years (major accident defined as over $25K in damage) with no more than one highway accident during those three year

• Can not have reckless/careless, rear end or rollover in last three years

No job hoppers (no more than 6 jobs in last 3 years) and can never have failed a DOT Drug or Alcohol test
