Class A Truckin & Recruiting is Hiring a CL A Drivers 3 Mos Exp Dedicated Regional Home Weekend - 1600-2400/WK Rider & Pets OK Near Madison, WI
Class A drivers with 3 months verifiable Class A driving experience run dedicated regional, you are home weekly (weekends are NOT GUARANTEED) with average pay of $1600-$2400 (the top drivers earn $2300-$2600/WK).
Drivers assigned to tractors after completing 1 week paid ride along with a current driver
o Operation in IL, WI, IA, IN, MI, KY, OH and drivers are home weekly for a minimum of their 34
o Pay starts at $0.63 up to .93CPM to start with $25 per stop and $245 per trailer unload
o Full benefits start after 60 days and include medical, dental, 401K, 1 week PTO first year and more
o Driver can have a rider and a pet as soon as their training is over on the account. Drivers are paid $150/day during training and generally takes about one week (so 5 days)
Qualifications:
- 3 Months OTR or Regional in the last 36 months
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last 12 months
- No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years
- No more than two DOT Recordable Preventable in the last 3 years (may NOT have an accident of a U-Turn in CMV in the last 24 months and no fatalities in the last 5 years
- For major moving violations (15 , following too close, reckless/careless) no more than one in the last 12 months
- Max number of jobs based on experience:
- 6-12 months no more than 5 jobs in the last 36 months
- 12-24 months no more than 7 jobs in the last 36 months
- 24 no more than 9 jobs in the last 36 months
