The goal of the relationship building is to keep UD top-of-mind with hobby shops and utilize these shops to help promote UDs products and brand. This position will also be tasked with managing the day-to-day of the UD Co-op program.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.Growing the roster of Upper Deck CDDs.Developing strong relationships with UDs CDDs via phone, email, and in-person interaction, which will ultimately encourage increased sales volumes.Work with Marketing to develop hobby shop in-store programs.Work with Hobby Policy to keep updated on problem shopsWork with Senior Sales Support Coordinator to develop allocation strategies for UD direct accounts.Manage the Hobby Co-op Program, which includes taking in and tracking approved submissions, working with Marketing on relevant program implementation, attaining progress updates from the CDD, and working with the Sales Support Manager to attain and submit required documents for reimbursement.Monitor and document the trading card show landscape in North AmericaCreate and maintain multiple data-based reportsAssists with marketing support at trade shows and events.INTERACTION This position will interact closely with the Hobby Policy Enforcement Specialist and Sales Support Team, as well as various cross-functional teams, company staff members and external partners.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNot ApplicableEDUCATION/YEARS EXPERIENCE Knowledge of the trading card/sports memorabilia industry a plus.REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
