The Evaluation Professional Nurse is a Registered Nurse and will support Western Psychiatric Hospitals Long Term Structured Residence (LTSR) facility. LTSR is a sixteen bed ambulatory residential program that treats various populations ages 18-65.
The Evaluation Professional Nurse is responsible to set the standards for the level and quality of care. The Evaluation Professional Nurse has responsibility, authority and accountability for the provision of nursing care. The Evaluation Professional Nurse manages and provides patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through the application of independent judgment, communication and collaboration with all team members. The role of the Evaluation Professional Nurse encompasses leadership, partnership, collaboration and supervision. The Evaluation Professional Nurse establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians, other health care providers, patients and their families, to achieve desired patient outcomes throughout the continuum of care. The Evaluation Professional Nurse demonstrates a commitment to the community and to the nursing profession.
This is a casual position and schedule will be discussed on an as needed basis. The dress code is casual, and parking is available on site.
