We take care of the headaches of the behind the scenes work, customer service, running the business, advertising, reviews and payment. You just show up!

How much and when do I get paid?

We offer weekly pay periods. So you get paid once a week! No chasing clients for money, no sending reminders, no cheques, no looking for cash. All of your hard earned money is sent to you directly online. We quote all of our clients with a flat job rate. Our goal is to ensure you are making at least $20-40/hour or more. Since we pay out at a flat rate, the more efficient you are, the more you make! If you are at the job for 4 hours or 3 hours, you still make the same! No financial penalties for being good at what you do!

Duties:
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms
- Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Vacuuming carpets and mopping floors
- Emptying trash bins and replacing liners
- Wiping down windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Performing floor care tasks including sweeping, scrubbing, buffing, and waxing
- Adhering to established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Must have your own Transportation

Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Skills:
- Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies
- Perform custodial duties to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is a plus
- Ability to clean various surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
