ITU AbsorbTech is seeking a Dock Auditor on our 2nd Shift Production Team in New Berlin, WI.
This is an entry level auditing position, reporting to the Plant Manager. This person is responsible to follow the delivery fleet schedule by checking in route reps upon return from daily pickup and delivery, and audit all soiled and clean product counts. This includes daily inspection of the vehicles. This position is also responsible for providing feedback to the distribution team on soil sorting practices and the proper return of soiled products. The Dock Auditor will also be accountable for queuing trucks in unloading and staging areas while assisting in loading and unloading product from trucks.
JOB DUTIES:
2nd Shift: 1:30pm - 9:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Wage: $18.50 per hour $0.50 shift differential
Education and Experience:
High school degree or Equivalent preferred. 1-3 years of prior loading dock and/or shipping and receiving experience preferred. The incumbent must have strong communication and problem solving skills, and be well organized and detail oriented.
SCOPE:
This position is responsible for auditing all routes within an ITU AbsorbTech production facility with a high degree of accuracy. Although responsible to train dock-working personnel, there are no direct reports.
